After placing the test cap on the edge to be tested, immediately use 0.68KG force to move 2 inches along the edge, and then return to the starting point for a total distance of 4 inches.After the test, check the test cap. If the two outermost layers (simulated skin) on the test cap are scratched, it indicates that the test edge is a sharp edge. FORCE VALUE ADJUSTMENT - Loosen the screw. Press the test head on the electronic scale and apply pressure. If the force value is too small, please elongate the test rod; If the force value is too large, shorten the test rod; Tighten the screws when done. |
